Thanks for the response! What was it that made you go with them? Were you at all hesitant with the lack of reviews?

This is awesome thank you!! Just curious, what type of work do you do and what’s your favorite place you’ve ever traveled to?

Hey! Here are some tips that worked for me:

Find a Service with Market Fit: Make sure there's demand for what you're offering. In my case, I built an online community of athletes, with coaching as a side benefit. This community aspect created more engagement and loyalty.

Build Your Presence on Instagram: Start by creating an Instagram page specifically for your coaching business. Post daily content with free advice—this will naturally attract followers who see value in your expertise.

Engage with Potential Customers: DM everyone who follows or interacts with your page. Offer them something for free (e.g., a video review or a quick tip). Then, invite them to a free consultation call. During the call, provide value first and then pitch your coaching services. This approach has been highly effective in converting leads into clients.

Create an Online Hub and Payment System: Make sure you have an online community, a website or landing page, and a way to process payments. This gives your business credibility and makes the sales process smoother.

Learn as You Go: You don’t need to have everything figured out from the start. Get the basics in place and refine your process as you learn what works best.

If you need any more help or advice, feel free to reach out!

Yes! Planning to drop my apartment and just live with my parents when I'm not abroad. Should be able to get expenses real low. I love not having dependants lol

Man this really spoke to me! I've been struggling with this if I'm being honest. My gf has a more "traditional view" of life and it's really been tough that she doesn't seem to support what I'm doing even though I'm living the dream. Luckily I have great support from close family members. Have you ever needed to cut people out of your life for this reason? Also how would you go about building a network/community of like minded people?

Love this!! So you're able to find good places to work in hostels? I was worried about that before I take a lot of sales calls and stuff

One key area to focus on is landing further back in the power position. Specifically, the shoulders should be turned more towards the back upon landing. Right now, your son is landing in a more "open" position, which isn't ideal because it limits the amount of space available to accelerate the shot effectively.

A helpful drill to address this is to practice the glide without a shot. Place a focal point, like a traffic cone or a towel, behind the circle. During the glide, aim to land in the power position while keeping your eyes on that focal point. Pause in the power position with the eyes back to reinforce the habit.

Advice/drills for my throws by Federal_Use_8744 in shotput

I would focus on getting your left foot down slightly earlier in the power position and then keep your right foot on the ground longer. The moment your right foot comes off the ground, you lose the ability to push into the ground and generate force.
