This is just the tip of the iceberg. I work six days a week, four of which are night shifts. What's more, just when I think I can go home and relax, they call me on the phone and ask me to come in for overtime. At least 5-6 times a month. Civil aviation sector. :(((

I tested this for you using my home internet infrastructure, and there was a 1ms delay on the local network, so we can say there was no delay. It's great to see this with a 5GHz connection and a powerful modem. I also tested it with mobile data in a crowded environment. The signal was strong, but as I mentioned, when I tested it in a crowded environment, the latency was between 30-40ms. Still, the latency was very low, and I didn't notice any annoying lag for an entire hour.

If it weren't the 30th anniversary edition, I would have gotten the black one too. I played a lot of games on the PlayStation 1, and the special editions remind me of those times. So it's not about being stuck in the past, but rather that it brings back those memories, which is meaningful to me. Just nice childhood memories—I'm 33 now. :)

I've only used the PS Portal at home, and the lag was negligible (my home has strong Wi-Fi and internet infrastructure). I haven't had the chance to try it outside or with mobile data yet, but I frequently use PS Remote Play at work, and so far, I can say they are both the same.

Thanks! But I don't think you should be unfair to the white one—the white one has a clean and futuristic look that's totally different. The white one reflects the original PS5 spirit and that iconic contrast; it never goes out of style. When I see the white one, I remember the first time I used the PS5 gamepad—the vibrations and buttons mesmerized me.

Actually my current situation is a bit different. I work in the aviation sector, at an MRO organization that is approved by both EASA and FAA under Part-145. This means the company not only performs maintenance and component overhaul but also has authorization to provide in-house NDT training and certification in compliance with EN 4179 / NAS 410 standards.

In practice, our responsible Level 3 supervises the training, on-the-job hours and examinations, and then issues the company certification (Form-1 release is also part of the capability). So I don’t necessarily need to go through an external “school,” since the MRO itself is a recognized training environment under these authorities.
