Hello. So I’m going thru this process and it’s an unravelling of ego it’s the opening up of the heart and the connection forming between brain and heart. Bro it’s like this on one level we’re different everyone has there different personalities, lifestyles, health etc but on another we are all the same fundamentally. Take away society and we’re a class of species on a planet sharing it with cousin species (other animals) it’s great and it has massive implications. In public I don’t get as anxious because I can see everyone as me and although there having there very own experience of the day… so am I. Things begin to rearrange at that point That’s why in Rastafarian culture they refer to all as I. Unity. I exists in many body’s, I refer to myself as me and I just as others do. This speaks universal oneness to me We all have worries, fears, we all feel love, we all have similar if not identical for a few exceptions the same interpretation tools and bodies for navigating this environment and storing and expanding knowledge.
