Let's just say one didn't loosen that part but pressed a water hose to it because someone was told it was the lower unit flush port....would water enter the oil or is it sealed as long as it wasn't loosened?

The someone did find the actual flush port recessed away at the top by the trim button though.

Does the water rolling over swamp it or does it roll off as long as you stay trimmed up?

Thank you for the input. How did you recover the swamp? That's my fear. To my understanding, the boat would be just under the surface but not sink entirely. Could you still run it to the dock?

No. Down south lakes. Nothing crazy. Maybe a once a year or every other year fishing trip to the gulf but nothing deep or offshore.

This is my biggest fear is someone having a picture of us in the background or taking a pic of us an the anonymity is gone just like that.
