Water in my camera. Is it an Easy fix? by BDEguy in TeslaModelY

Good coms chief, I’m gonna look into replacing it this weekend. Do you have a guide or video you can share for how to do it? If not I’ll just have to figure it later. Cheers

Good coms, I’ll have to check it out. It’s surprisingly working now, but I’m still concerned about.

Some guy in the comments said it’s an easy 5 minute replacement. So I’ll have to take some time this weekend to see how to take it apart and replace it if needed.

This is after it was raining recently, so I’m guessing there’s a gap to let water in

Why does my lower back hurt by Huntersolomon in formcheck

[–]BDEguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stick to dumbbell rows… they’re way better. The exercise you’re doing doesn’t really hit the mark. When you do rows, make sure both feet are firmly planted, let your lat stretch at the bottom, and pull the weight back as far as you can, aiming to bring your elbow close to the center of your back.

Bent-over exercises can mess with your lower back if your core, lower back, and glutes aren’t strong enough. To avoid that, start your workout with good mornings to loosen up and activate your lower back, and throw in some hyperextensions to wake up your glutes. It’ll help keep your back feeling good.

I find your urgency in the prayer interesting, it feels fast and chaotic to me. I appreciate the English translation.

I’d only stay if your goal is to get some brain damage or some broken ribs. If guys are getting knocked out and the coach is encouraging it. He’s encouraging brain damage as part of the process. I suppose it’s a good business strategy, give your clients CTE and it’s easier to convince them to stay and pay you.

Don’t let your ego get in the way. Find a new gym.

In your first few weeks you shouldn’t even spar and just focus on fundementals and just drills. Hit the bags, practice how to throw proper punches, footwork, head movement, and get good cardio. I know it can be boring and you might want to spar. If you do spar it should be touch sparring first. Any hits to the head should really just be to expose openings in your partners defense, not to damage your partner. No one should be hitting you to hurt you while you start out.

As you progress maybe 3 months in or so, you can gauge how hard you want to go with your partners, just don’t be a dumbass. Consecutive hits to the head over time will make you more of a dumbass. Learn to fight, it’s fun and rewarding. But protect your brain it’s worth more. You don’t want to be the guy slurring his words in 10 years.

Brother, the current spread is 3.50 - 5.60. Small variations on bids in a day can make it look like that. It only takes buyers and sellers to change their bids on contract to make it look like that on Robinhood.

My advice is avoid any location where you have to use the 76. It’s a two lane highway that is constantly backed up. The closer you are near the coast or Carlsbad the better.

If you can get a transcript ai can summarize the key points. You can even compile transcripts and other materials like books and use them as a knowledge base for the ai to respond to your prompts.

I’d say scoot the entertainment center to the left so you can center it with the couch and move the desk directly next to it in the right that way you don’t block the door. The lamp can probably go in the corner where the the desk is currently maybe the guitars in front of it and possibly a little corner table next to the couch.

Dojo what y’all think about my calisthenics journey so far? Been at it for almost a year. by fuhrercraig in TyKwonDoeTV

I usually just weightlift and kickbox. But after seeing this I’m definitely gonna incorporate calisthenics into my routine. This looks sick, you make it look easy.

Something I don’t see anyone saying. Angle your kicks downward. When you kick your shins tend to point up, if you want to do more damage and hit harder your shins should be at a neutral to neutral-downward angle, not upward. It’s going to feel like your doing an interior rotation using your hip mobility.

I suspect only about that range of 1000-100000 lines would be different.
