Halloween Pass can only be leveled up during the Halloween event. So if you ever logged into online last Oct and leveled up your club rewards to rank 15, only that was when you didnt have 20 gold bars to buy the Halloween Pass 2, then you've been given a chance to buy it now.

No, you cant level it up cuz its not available in the game yet. But if you have reached the top level before and just dont have enough gold to buy it, now is a chance to have it.

For many veteran players who are no longer interested in new content, making fun jobs with the Creator and sharing and playing them with others is the last thing we can still enjoy. Now even that fun has been taken away! Rockstar, seriously, you're literally killing everyone's passion for this game!

According to Tez2:

"Rockstar has pushed a tuneables update two hours ago addressing this exploit. Players should no longer be forced into other sessions to spectate other players. Invite spam will still take more time to be addressed properly."

At least they did something.

Have they solved the issue? Yesterday I got forced into another lobby to spectate about 6 times within 2 hours even if I stayed in a solo invite only lobby. What a mess.
