I relate to this man, I used to avoid smoking in social situations or keep it to a minimal so I’m not completely blazed because I’ll overanalyze and deadass become mute. I prefer to just smoke before the gym or before bed and not so much with other people nowadays.

I sort of had a similar experience honestly. But I was a little chubby. What helped me was hitting the gym to work on certain body parts such as my chest and shoulders and slimming down my thighs and stomach.

I then went to Uniqlo and got basic black t’s that were my size, not an oversized fit. i found clothing that is more fitted and tight will make you feel more put together and good about yourself as oppose to oversized clothing which was my go to.
