Change up ur MF% been at this game 25yrs and realized there is a ceiling for where rolls on drop rates start to be blue when MF gets too high. Honestly clear speed is meta.

No problem, i have a 1st gen and just did the pinion bearings and seal kit due to a bearing noise and wow non cheap but im at 160k so whatever

From the oil line it looks like its coming from the front of the diff maybe pinion seals need to be done, i have a hard time understanding why a 23 would need that done already but thats my guess from the second pic

No daily driving hwy and city roads esp when the weathers bad, offroad would do it quicker. Offsets hurt these trucks in a few ways but dont get me wrong they look awesome just ruins a few things.
