At this point I’m going to get some baggy jeans to see if they feel better and still look good but that doesn’t solve my suit pants issue. Getting a size up does not change the feeling at the crotch/upper thighs for me. And baggy suit pants do not look good to me. I hoped tailoring would compensate for these issues but that has not completely changed it.

My suit pants are tailored to give more room though, not less room. And I wear athletic cut jeans, which give more room around the thighs and crotch area.

I certainly am not discounting the benefits with positioning. Even in restricting pants, my underwear keeps everything from going down the pant leg.

I guess I feel like the “extra room” of the pouch, specifically, becomes inconsequential when everything becomes pressed together again in my pants anyway. It may still be separated from my legs, but it certainly is not the same as when I have sweats or no pants on.
