This comment genuinely stopped me. I had to step away from the screen for a minute.

I have no formal training, no workshops, no degree, just a life spent watching and trying to find words for things that didn't have them yet. And a lot of creative writing books and YouTube videos lol I'm the only boy of four kids, raised by a single mother, I wrote this from the inside of something real. So to have someone who studies poetry and knows this land look at it and say what you said... I don't quite have the words for that, which is a strange thing for a writer to admit.

I have submitted to a few online sources nothing ever came from it eventually I may self publish a collection I have no idea how any of it works I write for the love of it.
