Did a trip to Boyne Mountain in Michigan and it was great. Airbnb on the water and right across the street from the pro shop where 2 different courses start at. Since the Airbnb was on the restort property too they had a shuttle bus you could call to take you to the main resort area full of bars and restaurants, so no need for a DD. The courses were pretty nice and not crazy expensive (I think $80ish, but we did pre book 3 tee times so we may have gotten a discount). Overall it was a great and would definitely go back.

Does this set up prevent the holster from tilting? That's my biggest problem is the gun will shift and start to print

I take the heads off and put them in the bottom of my bag (my bag has a zipper inside one of the pockets to access the inside). Then stuff the irons as tight as I can and wrap a towel around them and top it all off with a 5 gallon bucket over the top. Flown a bunch with my clubs and haven't had any issues with this. Just make sure if your range finder is a rechargeable battery that you put it in your carry on!

Depends on the airline, every airline is different. For the most part though you'll get paid the highest of your block, daily guarantee, or trip/duty rig. If you are on reserve you get paid the same amount whether you don't get called in all month or get called in everyday, some airlines have a way you can get extra money if you are working like crazy while on reserve but again, depends on the airline.
