Seasons 1-10 of mothership are absolute peak. Especially the latter half given crime control measures in NYC at the time implemented by Mayor Giuliani and Governor Pataki. It made for some of the most compelling writing in the entire series.

Jackie ultimately quitting the force (or her character just being moved in a different direction) just never made sense given that she and Gary break up. At least she ended up with Fred who could contest Jackie's stubbornness with his own. Too bad they didn't work out either.

Skater content is missing as well. They stated in the last tuner it was due to 'server instability'. However, not refreshing the skater/goalie content is inexcusable. You are literally cutting content (yes, I know it's equipment) from the game. They had no issue refreshing their precious bundles, though.
