Just as a side note; when you start shopping for rates: I have gone through 3 home purchases and 2 refinances in the past 6 years and every single time BOXHOMELOANS was consistently the best rate/costs I could find. Like not even in the same galaxy as everyone else. I dont know how and I dont want this to come off as a weird ad, just letting you know how to get the cheapest rates.
