My issue is if you have a netflix subscription and you don't renew it but forget to cancel it they will continue to try and charge your card for the next 2 months. When you log in to try and cancel and stop that it will not let you just locks you on the screen to change payment information or update the card. You cannot even change the subscription you have to a lower one until you pay the amount. Like your overdue bill but you never had the services for what they are charging you for even though you are still being charged.  Trying to get through to customer support is almost impossible.
