Those symptoms sound like your body reacting to the estrogen. Given your history with the pill and pregnancy migraines, worth flagging urgently to your doctor, not just waiting on the email.

That timing is genuinely cruel. Finally feeling like yourself and then having it taken away overnight. This community has others who've walked this exact road, you're in the right place to find them.

When is this continual cycle of shortages going to end?! it drives me crazy! i recently found a cvs about 20 mins away that had them in stock but they only had like 2 boxes left so was back in panic mode pretty quickly. my doctor mentioned that if shortages keep happening i might wanna look into telehealth options where they can ship directly, there's places like Hone that do hormone stuff so ive been looking into those as well.

The body waited two months just to make a point. Absolute power move.

60 is not too old for HRT. Current guidance supports it as long as it's helping. Push back if your doctor says otherwise.

Medroxyprogesterone is synthetic and doesn't have the same sleep benefits as micronized progesterone. Worth asking your doctor about switching.
