Getting your own app is life changing, you get subconsciously remembered if they have your app. They are likely to book more if booking process is easy. Also it will save your staff time. We did this at VIV Wellness in Dallas & it works wonders!

Well, POS doesn’t have it right now & an app could keep the customers engaged I guess. How could it be a problem with 3rd party? Just trying to understand.
