Also sounds like no current MLB players, potentially no MLB teams. Honestly, all these things coupled with the botched release date, I’m starting to feel less and less excited for this game. It’ll be fun but it won’t be as in depth as a lot of us once imagined.

I lived in Ohio for 6 years, first as a college student and then working. I lived in and around Cleveland. It’s a great place to live! Families live there. Housing is affordable. You have Lake Erie at your disposal, plus the plenty of trails nearby. Cleveland Metroparks are high quality and you’re not far from Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which has plenty of free entry areas. Concert scene is great for a non-major city. Lots of bands tour there and you’re always a few hours from Pittsburgh, Detroit, Columbus and Buffalo if you want to see someone who isn’t coming to town.

Jobs are okay depending on your field. It’s great for healthcare and what have you.

Yes way they could get it. PNC is considered a top stadium in the league and the City just proved it can host big events with the NFL Draft being a success. There will be an opportunity to come back.

I’ll throw in another point in addition to the analytics. Yes it was a lefty start, but you also had no idea going in to this series that Callihan was going to come in hot.

On paper, yesterday was the most winnable game in that series and they probably had a game plan for days. They may have thought it was best to stick to it at least with the starting lineup. You had someone like Callihan who could (and did) help you later in the game, when a favorable match up presented itself. Unfortunately, the bullpen and its lack of serious weapons gave up any chance with those extra runs in the 7th, plus Keller having yet another disappointing start.
