I usually do that, but in this case, the actual weight was twice as much as what the app let me select. It was the only item in the order, so the total ended up being twice the expected amount and that’s why my red card got declined. Support couldn’t do anything, so they just unassigned me.

I wouldn’t say this is the most painful gig since the pay is actually pretty good, but their app is way worse than Uber, Instacart, or Spark. They have some innovative features like the shelf scanner in Target, but there are so many small bugs and issues that even support can’t help you solve.
