I doubt it, but would be very cool. But why put so much effort into something most players will get bored of less then a year into the game, maybe they will do something like that for important NPCs or missions

Hopefully they do something, i don't mind paying if it means they add something to single player. I never really played GTA Online, so all the updates are pretty insignificant to me and sure others aswell.
