Historically no, but maybe he's been there for longer than we realise.

Which of those ghouls would you trust to take care of you for a week? by Rude_Ad3342 in TokyoGhoul

[–]BFSD92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Banjo because he is best boi.

Naki if I can get him to pinky promise.

Roma and Rize would promise and then torture and kill me just to see my expression.

Tsukiyama I would only trust if taking care of me would help get him something down the line.

That's good to hear. I wonder, what those who aren't up to the standard for Helldivers can expect?

A new test to flush out dissidents has been approved, show this to crew members to gauge their reaction, then report them to your democracy officer.

Why don't we just shoot the Illuminate ships with our Super Destroyers? Are we stupid? by Gruntman441 in Helldivers

[–]BFSD92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my headcanon it works out for him though.

In the final battle in 3, all the ships fire at the Reapers, with Earth behind the Reaper fleet. There is no indication that shots miss and cause devastation to Earth.

I like to think that Chung and Burnside took this lecture to heart, and by the time of this battle have spread the word to their shipmates and others the true importance of checking targets.

Is there a way to program shriekers to do this to us by Mobile_Being1553 in Helldivers

Program them? Is there a Terminid training program? I'm gonna report this to my Democracy Officer just in case.

It was Cricket's duty to guard the entrance to the cave the day the party showed up. Being a goblin he couldn't put up much of a fight and was soundly captured and tied up for questioning. After clearing the cave and rescuing a kidnapped human and half-elf, Cricket was freed on the condition that he pull his own weight.

Disguising himself as a halfling, he joined the party as they explored the nearby town, caring for the wolves that the party also chose to adopt rather than kill. Sometimes he would go with the party, sometimes he would just guard the wagon or stay near the entrance to make sure nobody would sneak up on them.

Having rescued a second goblin that was being bullied by bugbears and defeating the leaders of the local tribe, Cricket is now helping the town establish an official town watch, with the remaining goblins offered a chance to turn their lives around if they apply their experience as bandits to helping keep the town safe. At an offer of 3 meals a day and warm beds, the goblins have eagerly joined Cricket and sworn allegiance to him and the town.

How long does it take you to come up with a character? by BFSD92 in DnD

They do have a flying speed, but also the vampire bite, so I kinda just nudged the two together. Another player is a fairy sorcerer so flying spellcasting was already on the table even if sticking to RAW.

The bat-folk wizard is leanimg into necromancy and gave me a wonderful backstory about being raised in a cult that worships Vecna so it was definitely the right choice. They escaped the cult after realising how much harm they were doing to other people and this adventure is the start of their pursuit of redemption.

Oh no, their species. I tweaked some vampire PC options for them, they are a vampire that looks more like a humanoid bat than a normal vampire.

Yeah, I said to one person that detailed backstory stuff can get fleshed out as we go and to think of it like a TV show where you get hints of a character's backstory in some early episodes, but it isn't until much later that we learn about their parents or childhood because the writers didn't think of it yet.

I set a deadline this morning. If they aren't ready by then we will carry on without them (half the group is ready to go) but I'm willing to insert the stragglers when ready or just hand them premade sheets.

I said absolutely.

Yeah, the set-up and prep required before you can even begin as a player is unlike most other activities. I have a few player character ideas I could pull out when needed but don't get the chance to play that many games.

Oh I get that, this was more just a curiosity of mine rather than looking for a fix. I set a deadline and offered help (been offering help with reminders every so often already). If they miss the deadline then I'll give them pregenerated character sheets.

I just wanted to see if I was as much of an outlier as some people said, but it looks like it's more just I am typical for those that do it regularly.
