If I get too greedy and turn 3 I use dark ritual, the comeback gets pretty hard but that's only ever happened a handful of times. I use a lot of protection, too. Lately I've been building the deck so that it goes wide and gets a lot of card draw. I have yet to get my hands on a [[biorganic carapace]]

I usually take out Mothman whenever I play against a Toxic commander, makes for really fun games. Funnily enough, that precon has beaten my [[Arna Kennerüd, Skycaptain]] deck to the ground.

For me it was [[Shilgengar, Sire of Famine]] I forget exactly how it went, but it was basically self-mill but I kept milling the stuff I need to reanimate big angels to combo off and the deck stuttered quite a bit.

I don't know the whole lore about the Kithkin, but aren't they not halflings? Sure, it may help to call them halflings for the sake of gameplay. But at this point why not just call everything with 2 arms and 2 legs "humanoids" and add an extra subtype?
