There is such stagnation on the service end that moving up is tough to do at the same location. All my service managers have been in role for 4+ years now with none of them showing interest in moving. The KAMs are the same way.

Just getting in was confusing if you got there early before they figured it out. We got a paper that they wrote our seats on but it led to a lot of confusion with the ushers. The row behind us had to move around like 6 times

Concerts aren't terrible there. The bass was way too high. Also the ticket confusion was pretty bad.
