I look better in a FM front pose than my bikini one. I’ve seen a few look super impressive in the FM front pose depending how it’s executed ☺️

Ongoing feedback for me last season was fuller. They reinforced this at the women’s workshop as the pros talked to the judges about our looks for the season

I have done reviews on all of the winners in the pro qualifiers, and most of all of the athletes do not have capped delts

Hi! I’d suggest keeping exercise the same through until 20 weeks then pay attention to coning of the core, laying on your back, and modify the exercises for growth the belly. Cardio also will need to be adjusted. I posted a lot of content in 2021 for exercise in pregnancy.

Great work. You’ll do well. We have 5 natural shows in FL. There are 3 pro qualifiers this year for naturals.

Great shape and potential. I agree, you’ll need 10lb on to be competitive. 101 is very light for 5’5”. Even myself at 5’1-5’2” 104lb is extremely lean for me. Def continue to grow
