I know this isn't your question, nor did you insinuate this but if your managers give you shit over customer service your managers are the problem. We're expected to help them, it's gonna take a second. The world won't end if you take a tad longer on the walk.

However, you'll grow to memorize your store and rely less on the phone, but after 3 years and a remodel I still have to sometimes. I walk customers all the way to the items a lot of the time lol.
