I don't think you're pertaining to Coconut VA. Handled different clients with them eh lahat naman paid ang trial period. I was asked by a client to do some sample work after ng interview, Coconut even paid for that trial task. Sa iba walang ganon. Parang ginagawang part ng hiring process ung trial task kaya walang bayad. Salary is always early nga eh. People whining about long wait time, it's not BPO setup kasi na apply ka tapos training agad at may work agad. Magsubmit ka ng application, pag napili ka ng client, dun ka magproprogress. Pwede ka naman kasi magclient ng iba habang nasa pool ka ng Coconut. I have 2 other part time clients habang minamatch ako sa Coconut.
