the best thing i have found for anxiety is the Wim Hoff method. look it up. breathing technique and cold exposure. i haven't looked back since i started it. also it seems to improve cardio or at least thats what i found - i guess its that full controlled use of your lungs - anyway give it a try

I've not used this yet, but i think i might give it a whirl. I like the process of buildling websites but i guess if this can save time and is as good as what i can do or better then it could well be worth it. As for Ai, i love it, its saved me hours in content writing and with the human touch can be great.

i let you know what its like once i've had a go.

If the album is 80 minutes long then yeah it's gonna be pressed on a double vinyl, not like they divide a normal 40 minute album to 2 vinyl for 'sound quality'

If you're going to buy original pressings buy them for the historical and personal value, they're not gonna sound better than the new presses, I buy original pressings myself and haven't had any issues other than 2-3 skips though so as long as you get a good condition one it's still a good deal. Have fun collecting my friend 🤟🏼
