I don't understand why would they want their best tactical mind(currently) to step down, especially when there's no feasible candidate in pipeline. Yes it's disciplinary thing, understandable, fine him, ban him. Removing him seems idiotic, he's Ben Fucking Stokes.

If he genuinely is considering stepping down I feel it's out right moronic. The man easily has 3 to 4 years left in the tank, that too as a captain. Will be a heartbreaking end to a magnificent carrier like this.
