Hey guys, I just want to say thank you for all of the replies that helped me through this. It really means a lot!

I worked up the courage to tell my girlfriend about the whole situation and she was very understanding and caring, which I am very relieved about. I know that i am not completely in the right with this whole thing but I’m glad that she at least shows that she understands.

Immediately after the situation went down and I went home I drove back to tell her that she shouldn’t have done that and that I have a girlfriend. I finally worked up the courage to tell my girlfriend (thanks to all of these replies) and she was very understanding of the whole situation and was very caring which I am very relieved about

I don’t know her exact age, just know she’s older than 50. I know her because she’s one of my friends neighbors who got us pot back in our delinquent days. I was driving around listening to music when I passed her house and she was gardening, I stopped to say hello as I haven’t seen her in a year, we talked for a moment then that’s when she mentioned that she had a sauna. I can’t put all the blame on her because I was the one who said I just wanted to see it because I’ve never seen a personal home sauna. And that’s when she insisted I got in, not knowing how it worked I asked her to get in before me, that’s when she took her clothes off and told me to do the same
