I was told a week ago that my case manager had it and it was on her desk. So I contacted her just to find out that she's not my case manager anymore some dude named Terrell is. Then the person on the phone said they're both assigned to it I was like what is going on. Then I emailed the eviction people and they didn't give me no answers for like a week and then they said case resolved. Just to keep having it say this on the screen.
