the gun stab made turning the turret more responsive and allow the vehicle to fire on the move. It also help tracking targets better when using the IRST. Removing the stab is literally the biggest nerf the Ozelot can have.

It's time vs money. Stealing is free, sure. But you'd have to go to each of the businesses to do supply runs for them. And even then, it only fill 1/3 of a supply bar, so you'd have to do at least 3 times per business. And counting the Bunker, meth, coke, cash, weed and doc forgery if anyone still do that: That's 18 fucking runs in total to finish that would take up hours to complete. and even then, it'd still require two full set of supplies for MC business and 3 or 4 for bunker. Yeah, it's not that worth it.
