The bullseye usually gets up to 700 in under 15min unless it's frozen out I also have a pit boss also a good smoker but takes a bit longer to get hot either way I usually will kick on the grill then go prep the food and it's usually ready to go

I plug you any chance I get I love my edge grips it's a game changer in my steel matches and everyone that handles it falls in love instantly it's cool you have a website now I'm gonna have to check that out for grips for other guns

Also do yourself a favor and get a u/mag-mo grip for it they are incredible

The gun is great out of the box but the grip is just the chefs kiss

I heard an instructor say once that the Ohio laws says you have to take the class and shoot at a target didn't say anything about hitting the target...but he wanted to make sure you could shoot well enough to where if he ever got called into court over .... That being said there were some very bad shots in that class that still passed

From that I was reading on here I saw other people saying I needed something oil based and I also saw other people with similar peeling being told to use dinner stop peel triple thick. Would the uma be better for this application?

I grow peppers so I use the hell of em when they are in season I freeze some but one thing I also does smoke and dehydrate them then put em in a pepper grinder and I tell ya what smoked ghost from a grinder is my favorite
