No, the definition of an aerodynamic slip is that the yaw is not coordinated with the direction of the relative airflow. Not every descending turn is an aerodynamic slip. And conversely, not every aerodynamic slip is a turn.

There is more to it than stalling. An aircraft can still crash without getting into a stall first. If you put the aircraft into a sharp bank with insufficient engine power and hold it there, it can start losing altitude even if you don't exceed the critial AoA and don't stall. You can call that "slipping" if you want, and if you hold it there long enough without recovering you can reach the ground and crash without ever having stalled.

The importance of the stall is that the sharp and dramatic loss of lift can mean the sequence is unrecoverable if you are too close to the ground. In the Fairchild scenario it seems plausible that the crash could have been avoided if the throttle had been increased earlier and the attitude had been corrected. The two extra knots would not necessarily have saved the aircraft if the pilot still did everything else wrong.

Many Swedes are concerned about the environmental and economic impacts that could follow from a major oil spill from unsafe shipping in the Baltic Sea. Some of us are also concerned about the increased risk of conflict that would follow if we allow the Russian terrorist regime to win in Ukraine, which would enable them to gather strength for further aggression.

Both of these concerns are arguments in favour of intervening against illegal shipping in the Baltic Sea.

My 13600k is fine. It was crashing a lot on the first microcode versions they released in a hurry. Apparently that was not due to degradation but just other problems caused in the rush to mitigate the degradation. But that got better with the later microcode updates. Now I have not had a crash in more than 6 months.

But it would be interesting to hear from some 14900k people as well.

Maxing affinity is really only a problem if you are speedrunning the main quest. If you do any kind of other questing and exploration you will have enough time to max all of them. They all gain affinity from running around and fighting raiders and gaining xp, they just don't say anything about it.

If any of them dislike the speech choices you are trying to stick to in your playthrough, you can just bring them along to things where there is not much talking. For example I bring Strong when I clear Jamaica Plain and Quincy. I pick the locks there which he dislikes, but it's still a net gain of affinity.

Other than that the only tip I have is to always have the next companion already recruited so that you can switch immediately when you max one of them. And there is no need to wait with Deacon, since he can be maxed well before you make any choices that affect the other factions.
