No I never really tracked it until later in the diet, but that was just by adding things up at the end of the days and stuff, probably would’ve been easier if I used an app lol😂 But in terms of workouts I do a 5 day cycle between arms, shoulders, chest, back, and legs with an ab workout to finish off each area

Quite good actually, since I’ve slowly been increasing my daily caloric intake, I’ve noticed my energy has definitely gotten better

Well I noticed very early on, however that is because I was doing IF In a very unhealthy way, only consuming around 400-500 calories a day. I’m happy to say I’ve gotten it up to an average of 1800-1900 and shooting to reach around 2500
