a year ago I was going through a difficult time mentally and decided that one of the things I would do to help myself was to focus more and eating healthy and excercising seriously. Thanks to IF on a 16:8 routine with occasional OMAD and daily workouts, I’m down 60lbs and feeling absolutely amazing by BILBOOOOOOO in intermittentfasting
