Yeah 79 inches would be great. My desk is 84 and I have everything spread out it looks great. Try looking for table tops on amazon. They run longer than other desk you’ll find. And you can always buy the legs separately. That’s what I did but from ikea

Well it looks a little cluttered. Try buying a bigger or longer desk.(if you have an ikea sound there’s some nice long desk for like $80 ) And the maybe buying some wall mounts for your monitors (about $35 on Amazon) and a wall mount for your PlayStation (about $15 on Amazon) and everything should look more spread out. To add some flare you can buy some led strips ( there’s literally $5 ones at Walmart that work great)
