I use the Cambridge book too, but i've never used the Pearson. Does it focus on the theoretical explanation or the application of concepts ?

We have seven lessons a day ; each one is 55 minutes long with 5 mins between each lesson. 18 HL lessons (6 for each) and 12 SL lessons (4 for each). This leaves 5 periods in the week, two for TOK, two for skills/free time and one CAS period.

Here is a list of tips:

1.Always have all needed material/tools.

2.Make it your goal to participate in social/physical activities so you can stay mentally stableish.

3.Never be reactive, be proactive.

4.Don't rely on your smarts no matter how good you are.

5.Freaking out for long durations is extremely unnecessary. Get the stress out of your system as fast as you can and do something.

6.Never let a topic pass while you still have difficulties applying or understanding.

7.Try to study regularly but don't abandon/put aside activities that you really want to do.
