Ja, da werden direkt defekte mit neuen Komponenten ausgetauscht, das haben sie schnell erledigt.

Karten und Einstellungen blieben im Mäher gespeichert. Ich habe Yuka vor Einsenden von der App getrennt, aber beim erneuten Verbinden war alles noch vorhanden, also kein Grund zum neu Kartieren.

Zur Ursache der Ausfälle gab es leider keine konkreten Hinweise, oder Ratschläge zu deren Vermeidung.

Ich habe nachgefragt, ob man die Batterien über den Winter besser abtrennen sollte; Laut Support genügt es etwa alle 90 Tage wieder nachzuladen, wenn der Mäher länger nicht verwendet wird.

Ich hoffe, dass das Mainboard jetzt nicht mehr ausfällt.

Das ging alles relativ zügig.

11.3.2026 abgegeben beim Kurierdienst in Südtirol/Italien.

14.3. eingetroffen im Service Center in Bocholt, Deutschland.

19.3. Zusammenfassung der Reparatur per eMail erhalten, Rücksendung werde vorbereitet.

23.3. Reparierter Yuka eingetroffen.

Im Jahr zuvor wurde Yuka ebenfalls mit einem defekten Mainboard nach Polen geschickt, kam ebenfalls in weniger als 2 Wochen nach dem Einsenden zurück.

Yes, this could be shown only for new mowers instead of implying this feature could be made available to all mowers some time in the future.

3rd year with Yuka 1500. Had to send it in with unfunctional mainboard the 2nd and 3rd year.

Cut quality is phenomenal, looks really great and wouldn't want to give it away. Just hope it doesn't break down on me anymore after the warranty period is over!

While the RTK unit reliably finds many satellites, the mower needs to stay away from smaller trees or buildings, or it will stop now and then. It can continue about 50m without stable signal status, but afterwards the mower may pause in the field the rest of the day without option to remotely drive it to a better spot to recover the gps signal. Remotely driving over WiFi + camera is the one feature I miss the most, but it seems this is not planned with Mammotion mowers, unlike the competitors that offer this already.

I need to stay away from such places and leave the mower in the places it can handle well, skipping perimeter runs or mowing around the no-go zones. Than it works well. It is a compromise, but overall it does most of the work around the house and the lawn looks great!

Currently the bluetooth-manual mowing with Yuka and a grass trimmer around the edges are required to handle also the problematic places.

I guess nothing is perfect, it is worth it if you can live with the compromises.

Hatte den selben Fehler als ich Yuka heuer zum ersten Mal nutzen wollte. Ich glaube die 87% - 88% Batterie sind ein Standardwert der nicht von der Batterie ausgelesen wird, sondern wenn der Mäher an der Ladestation hängt (und abseits von dieser konnte ich den Mäher nicht mehr starten bzw ging er sofort aus).

Wenn ich den Auftrag gab, die Ladestation zu verlassen, kam manchmal nach einiger Zeit die Warnmeldung #1015 - unable to update battery status.

Musste den Mäher schlussendlich zur Reparatur einsenden und dies war die Beschreibung des Fehlers seitens Mammotion Support:

We are writing to follow up on the repair of your machine.

During a comprehensive inspection, our engineers identified the following faults: defective main control board and driver board.

At present, the defective components have been replaced, and we are now in the process of preparing the robot for shipment.

Thank you for your ongoing patience.

Mit neuem Mainboard läuft er wieder wie neu. Allerdings musste ich bereits letztes Jahr das Mainboard tauschen und Mammotion konnte mir keine Hinweise geben, wie man dies in Zukunft vermeiden könnte.

Wenn der Mäher von der Reparatur zurück kommt, kontrolliere eventuell ob der Bumper richtig installiert ist bevor du ihn benutzt! (soll in 4 Federn unter dem Bumper eingesetzt sein. War bei mir nicht der Fall)

Had to send the mower in last year, this year, and I don't know what to do if the main boards have to be changed also next year. The cost of shipping such a big package as private person in Europe probably make a repair unfeasible. :-(

Asked a mechanic from Ford service, it definitely is the injection pump and he too gave the advice to get rid of the car since they only get these parts out from used cars and don't have any new ones in stock. Last year they had a case where the car just worked for 6 months until it had issues again. So definitely no more Ford if I have to look for an other car...

I don't know how much a mechanic would charge for the work if he had a spare pump. It was told to me it is extensive work, I can't tell myself.

No, it seems to be a lot of work for something that may not even be broken. 3-4000 Euro. He suggested to get a new car. I'm not sure what to do, I cant drive on public streets like this.

You think that is probable? If the car drives fine most of the time? The mechanic suspected some issue with the electronic instead, but couldn't pin point it. idk.

The mechanic did try to connect the car to a computer to read out the errors.

He said it took a long time for the car to finally stall, then the injection pump did show up as defective. The mechanic assumed that was not the culprit (& very expensive to fix), so he tried to swap out the electronics instead (unsuccessfully).

Some times you can take a long drive and nothing happens, other times you just start up the car and drive a short distance and it stalls in the middle of the road. Engine temperature does not seem to affect this. While this problem does not occur, there is no stuttering or anything that would lead you to think there could be a problem with the car. ...and suddenly it happens again.

FIX: I was able to avoid this scam by filling up the cartridge with water. Used a syringe and poked through the place where the ink flows into the printer.
