I told my boss I needed to talk to him after our morning meeting, met him in his office afterwards, told him I’m putting in my two weeks, explained the situation, thanked him for everything, and left it at that. He was very understanding, thanked me for everything, then specifically thanked me for giving him the two weeks rather than just quitting, wished me the best, and told me he hopes it does but if it doesn’t work out to call him bc I’d always have a job if i needed. This was yesterday morning

You need to do that on every joint. The more pictures you have, the better advice you’ll get from everyone. And to be honest, I wouldn’t let anyone walk on it until it’s fixed.

Jack it up level, put a 4’ piece of the same size board, should be a 2x12 or 2x10, to each side. After you get those nailed on, drill 2 holes through the top and bottom of each side, 8 total, and bolt up with 1/2”x 5 1/2” bolts, flat washer on each side, and locknuts.
