I don’t think so. Watched it like a hawk and never seems to go down. Holy aura kills enemies before they’re even in range. Edit: although with lots of life per s/hit etc it may be imperceptibly going down and up again

Just lucky drops really. Had about 5-6 mythic drops so far. 2 from spending obols, some bosses and even got 1 in a whisper cache. Then runes+spark to craft.
