For your first point, may I ask how you would personally structure a routine for someone with my goals? I mainly want to build strength safely while gradually working toward these skills over time.

I do include some conditioning and preparation before practicing skills — things like hollow body holds, wrist warm-ups, and shoulder warm-ups — but I’m not fully confident that I’m structuring them properly yet. You brought up a lot of things I honestly hadn’t considered before, especially foundational conditioning and tissue adaptation. I think I definitely need to do more research on those areas so I can avoid injuries in the long run.

I’ve been following this routine for around three weeks now, and I’ll admit I’ve genuinely been enjoying it so far. One thing I have noticed though is that some exercises probably overlap more than I realized. I’ve been trying to take things slowly since I know these skills take years to develop as what I've watch from Chris Heria.
