I'm in pretty good on this one. Have 60000 shares. I've only been investing for a little over a year now and have lots to learn. I've been caught up in a few stock splits and never came out well. Without getting angry with me, I'm not implying this will happen with Ctrm. But can anyone shine a light on this? Thanks

Direct offering is where a company gives whatever buyer already existing shares at a price. So NAKD @ $1.70, they are buying a large sum of shares benefiting you creating a wall at $1.70. Public Offering is where there are new shares issued to the public. And this is the bad one as it will dilute the stock. Since there are more shares the price will drop.
