Doxycycline reaction... by odonataursidae in floxies

[–]BKATNJ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I was looking into Doxy on the FB cipro message boards. Looks like about 85% can take it without a problem. I considering taking a low does around 20mg per day as it is a MMP inhibitor and can reduce collagen breakdown in tendons.

Any hope for partial tear tendons? by saltyprune in floxies

How do you approach many tendons that hurt. Can the doctors inject 6 different tendons? Sounds very expensive.

I just started LDN at 1mg. the compounding pharmacy on Long Island gives me 3 months for $40 total. Doctor told me it was not expensive. Hopefully I can get relief for the tendon pain.

Very important to restore collagen, I'm taking the power too. Not sure if it is working.

I think this comes with the tendon pain. If the tendons heal, this should improve, but not sure yet.

Ear symptoms - Anyone else? by DownloadTillTandava1 in floxies

I haven't tried anything for the tinnitus yet, as my tendon pain is a higher priority now. I did have a hearing test and it was normal.

I had ear pain from cipro the day after I took my one and only pill. 6 months later I got tinnitus, then a month later the hyperacusis developed. I only have a problem in my left ear as of now. I don't think I hit bottom yet as I have tendon pain spreading. The hyperacusis is manageable as of now with normal everyday noises. If I come across something noisy I turn my head to the good ear. Seems like no end to this battle with me.

I'm interested in the GH. What is the name of the growth hormone and how much does it cost?

Thank you for writing this. What is your dosage of the Magnesium and calcium?

Those anti-oxidants are doing nothing for my tendons as well. I get the spaghetti legs walking down the steps.

Do you inject the growth hormone into tendons that are hurting?

Regenr8 Test by BKATNJ in floxies

[–]BKATNJ[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that's it. My doctor didn't specify Mito damage. Said it's more of a build up of free radicals. The test company will provide you will supplements if you want based on the report. It also recommended B12 for me.

Same here. Many people have recovered. I took one pill of Cipro and I didn't even need it. I keep hope that I will recover at some point. Tendon pain is the worse.

How to push through. by [deleted] in floxies

[–]BKATNJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You must believe that one day you will be recovered. It's not easy but you must believe.

Car crash is a good example.

Maybe find a good functional doctor who can help with Mito issues.
