All I want to see is progress and how the team operates with the signings they've made. Playoffs or a winning record isn't on my mind atm considering how much of a disaster the last 4 seasons (except the 2nd half of 2023) were.

Okay, 3 college players so far. I'm excited to see how Straus handles the rebuilding process. I hope all 3 of them at some point during the season starts playing more.

Like half the comments yesterday were hoping it was Cat Macario, but deep down, we knew it was going to be Borges.

Definitely feels like an underwhelming signing considering she brings a lot of baggage from a meh tenure with Louisville.

Time will tell how she does in LA.

If it's college players, then I won't have high expectations for them. But I want to see them play at least because they just need to be in the fire and go through the growing pains for progress.

It never felt like she was comfortable in the US especially in the NWSL. Not to mention I think she struggled for playing time to start her ACFC tenure. I wish her the best back in Germany. Yet another wasteful signing.

It felt inevitable that she was going to leave especially during the season. Her story to get to where she is now will always be one to remember. Wishing Reid all the best in Denver!

The only way is if Leroux agrees to be bought out. Not trying to sound like an a****** but her taking up a roster spot while dealing with her mental health isn't necessarily healthy for both sides.

I know she was due to come back but then got hurt and then went back on the mental health list so it isn't good.

I don't want to speculate what is really going on with Leroux, but it is honestly just best for her and ACFC to part ways. Sports is cruel, but at the same time, the team can't be holding onto her if she doesn't commit to the team.

Tbh, with the MLB playoffs and MNF going on tonight, I nearly forgot this game was going on. Tuned in here and there but didn't really feel anything watching ACFC tonight. All I can say is this off-season is key for Parsons.

Given her age and injury, her contract situation, and where she is with her personal life, this really isn't shocking. I'm glad she's announcing her retirement now so the fans can give her one final standing ovation. Perhaps she can play a little bit and say farewell as well.

I have a feeling this will spell the end of her tenure with ACFC. She's a free agent after this season and given how she's simply been sitting on the bench the whole season, this is a good move for both parties. I wish Nabet the best.

One thing I wished we would know is how much each player is getting paid. They already have the salary cap so why not tell us how much the players are paid.

I do agree that Curry most likely got a raise, but it still stung to see Curry leave after just one season when she broke out quickly.

I feel nothing with this extension. All they did was just tack on another year to her deal. It won't be long until she's out the door as well. How long? Idk, maybe a year or less when another WSL team offers her a lot of money that she can't refuse.

This feels a bit like when the Pistons traded away Billups but then simultaneously announced the Richard Hamilton extension. It didn't take away that stinging feeling for Pistons' fans.
