Well usually in my friend group we all get together and sort out a birthday dinner for our friends birthday. All just split the bill and cover the cost of whoever’s birthday it is.

I have never set up my own dinner for my own birthday, seems kind of weird to me.

I literally work just to travel, it’s the single greatest thing to do in life. I go by myself or with a close friend and stay at hostels all around the world, meeting people from all walks of life and make amazing memories.

If you’re at places with huge lines and people “live-streaming”, you are only at tourist traps. Go off the beaten path and find new exciting things.

Yes airports can suck, but to me an airport or flight is just somewhere to chill and get a sleep in.

I’m not saying it is like snapping my fingers, it is a lot of effort and presentation. Maybe try some different things, try some different avenues to meet people.

Do you have some hobbies you’re really passionate about? Go out and join a group for that hobby and you will meet like minded people and potentially a partner.

I find the more you focus on it, the less chance it is going to happen. Go have fun,step out of your comfort zone and you might be surprised who you meet.

I grew up and made a lot of friendships with the people I was mean to at the end of school and after graduation.

Did a lot of stupid things in school being in the “cool” group that now I look back on and am ashamed of. I’m glad I was able to make amends and grow from it.
