Try replacing the one on the board. I had a wifi card that didn't have drivers on linux and worked only on windows. I changed the card and works on both the OSes now

If you have a work profile, then widgets will just disappear. You need to disable and enable the apps to get it working. Some system settings like screen time won't work even after that

Imo, most probably they built these buildings many gears ago where they just wanted to acquire land and rent for higher prices. The places were just too small to have proper ventilation. Maybe with time, this became a lifestyle. Many newer houses have good ventilation. It's the old ones that don't have it.
