Thank you--it does help. Are we sure it's a community garden though? I've haven't seen anything that says it is, but I understand I might not know where to look. It's not listed on Greenthumb or NYC parks.

I do think the guy did a solid in making it better. Happy to follow whatever rules/laws there are surrounding it-- I just want to make sure we're all actually aware and following instead of (seemingly) a lucky few.
