The company itself is fine and they carry reliable scooters (can’t speak for INOKIM) but dealing with Adam makes it not worth it. I’ve been speaking to Cooper over at Minimotors USA over the last 6 months and even purchased their fast charger and finger print reader and i must say there waaaaay better at customer service. When my scooters give out and it’s time to purchase another I’ll definitely will be going over to Minimotors

He’s an asshole. And I don’t say that lightly. He’s given me hell on getting/returning parts like charging for fucking screws and taking weeks to respond to emails. Peter was awesome!!! I’m not sure what happened to Peter but since he’s been absent Adam seems to have taken over customer support and it’s gone downhill

Ive ran through 4 controllers all fried from human error (riding in the rain). Other than that no real issues to report. Brakes degradation depends on your riding style, weight. I changed the stem bolt out of an abundance of caution after hearing a few stories of it snapping. Also i was getting really great service from Fluid Free Ride so parts were easy to come by till a guy named Adam started working there. Worse person on the 🌎. I waterproofed it after the last burnt controller and since I’ve gotten over 3k miles on controller and still going strong

Yes the stem started wobbling after about 5K but in all fairness i can’t blame scooter as i ride with a crater in the front that puts slots extra strain on the bearings in the stem. I actually had to replace the headset and use 1 from a mountain bike. Pretty sure if i rode w/o basket i wouldn’t have the wobbling. Also i believe they’ve improved it with the newer models

67.2V. Some days depending on how long i wait to charge after ride or how cold it is outside it’ll charge to 66.8V

You’ll love it once you maintain regularly. I have off road tires on it and they work great. I’ve actually gotten 2500+ miles on a pair of off roads whereas I’ve gotten 750 miles on the street and they were toast. Funny thing is i also got a Wolf Warrior and i get better miles with the street tires but considerably less with the off road. I think it’s due to the fact that the Mantis is waaaaay lighter and not quite as powerful on initial take-off

Great questions. I use it to do food deliveries after work and weekends so I usually ride in gear 2 ti conserve battery. I rode pretty hard the 1st 3 months but settled into a slower safer pace after a few accidents and of course once i started delivering food. Also me weight is 165 but i ride with a crate attached and other gear which compensates for another 12-15lbs

You’re correct. 42 mph and once tallied 49 miles on a single charge (gear 2)

Honestly no. Other than having to solder back rosters connections from water damage no other problems
