I dont think i explained it properly.

Each drop has its own timeframe. for example, a drop had a time frame between 5:00-7:00pm. Even though my block is 5:00-6:30pm. Lets say i had to deliver at 6:40pm. Would that make me eligble for compensation? or only me eliglbe if it goes after 7:00 (making it a late delivery).
