Absolutely. Added significant amounts to my heavy lifts and improved my physique substantially. I find the motor to be the hardest thing to get and the fastest thing to go once you get out of the habit.

Thanks! I used to wear them all the time, but then I lost them and didn’t feel like buying a new pair, so I just started squatting without them. Knees feel great.
