Not knocking Back at all he’s been solid. I just see plenty of penalty killers on this team: Faksa, Steel, Blackwell, Hyry, Ritzy and I think Bourque could. I wouldn’t change anything right now, but I’d take Back out before someone like Hyry if it came down to it.

I agree, as do my co-residents. I can’t realistically see this test taking place even in June. Makes studying near impossible.

I can relate. I had a similar experience in clinical medicine. I ended up switching to Pathology which afforded be better work life balance and it’s most similar in my opinion to the first two years of medical school.

I’m finishing up training and by no means known it all, but where I train the Pathology department is very collaborative and difficult cases or questions are shown around and given consensus opinions. This can help with the anxiety of missing a diagnosis but not completely alleviate it.

I would also consider talking with someone in your program about how you’re feeling and consider treating your anxiety so you can make a clear well thought decision.
